Guest Tour Leader
For this camp, we’ve invited Salvador Couto. Our friend, a world-class Portuguese surfer, big-wave rider, and elite surf coach with over a decade of experience in the water. Salvador will be the tour leader of the camp, which means two things are guaranteed: real surf progression and an unforgettable time in incredible company.

• Professional surfer with over 10 years competing at the highest national and world levels
• Former National Champion of Portugal
• Represented Portugal in top-tier European competitions
• Big-wave surfer with experience in waves up to 80 feet
• Has surfed some of the most dangerous waves in the world
• Over 10 years of surf coaching experience
• Lifeguard with advanced ocean rescue training
• Specializes in technique correction, pop-up mechanics, wave positioning, and confidence building
• Known for his calm mindset in heavy conditions and highly motivating coaching style
Whether you’re focused on performance, confidence, or simply chasing better waves, Salvador’s experience in both competitive surfing and extreme big-wave environments makes this camp truly one-of-a-kind.

A visa must be obtained in advance through the official online system (ETA — Electronic Travel Authorization). Visa on arrival is no longer available for these nationalities.
You can apply for the ETA online before your trip. The visa is issued for 30 days and allows entry into Sri Lanka once or twice, depending on the chosen option.

One of our top priorities is safety. Our team will do everything to make sure you stay safe in the water. We strongly recommend arranging travel insurance — in case of any incident, it will solve many issues and significantly speed up and simplify access to medical care.
The camp is suitable for all surfing levels — from absolute beginners (0) to advanced riders (∞).
